WE'RE CLEANING THE EARTH, ONE TANK AT A TIME!
In the last 16 years we have removed and cleaned up over 10,000,000 gallons of contaminated groundwater by setting up water-carbon filtration systems or removing and disposing. We have also removed and recycled over 19,000,000 tons of contaminated soil. This soil is trucked to a recycling facility where it is recycled into clean topsoil. Prior to removing these underground tanks for homeowners, on average we remove two hundred gallons of old fuel oil per household, representing over three million gallons of recycled oil over our 16 year span. This oil is then transported to a recycling facility where it is processed into new petroleum products such as motor oil and other lubricating products. After we remove and clean each tank, these tanks are transported to a scrap yard where they are melted down and recycled into different metal products. We are contributing to over 170,000 pounds of metal recycling per year!
I absolutely feel that we are green. Many other companies and organizations promote that they are green while their impact to the earth is felt over a period of time. At Tank Masters Environmental, our impact is immediate. The day after the completion of a job, the oil, contaminated soil, groundwater and the tank are in the process of being recycled.
Considering we are one small company located in Orange County, we are very proud of the large demographic we are able to clean up.
